Well, so much for that. You may have noticed briefly last week I linked to
this site in my aim profile. Yesterday, he gets
formally charged in a terrorism ring. The original story was ‘naturalized
citizen grabbed by FBI without charge. I would have just assumed they released
the charges right away, but I guess they have their reasons.
That kinda brings me to my next point, that liberals are losing big time in
general now. The war went off fairly quickly and well, and we seem to be
committed to rebuilding. I think the newest argument about ‘we should have
went to the Congo’ is just sour grapes. There only hope is to drop the Iraq
argument and focus on the wrongs happening at home. Namely, economy & civil
liberties. Let’s see where it goes.
