Overrated
There’s a great event that happens every now and again in college sports.
There will be be a great team that everyone raves about, best team ever, etc
etc. Then all of a sudden you see them in person, playing your own team, and
they just aren’t what they’re hyped up to be. Then when they lose the game,
the crowd breaks out into a chant of ‘over-rated!’…
What’s this have to do with anything? I saw Napolean Dynamite last night.
Overrated! I should have known I’d be in trouble when I saw it was an MTV
films production. Blah, corny white people acting black, white people
dancing, random throwaway references to the characters living in the eighties,
but having the plot include an on-line relationship, then a N’Sync song at the
end. Yeah I laughed when the cow got shot in front of a full school bus, but
the plot had so many cliches and easily predictable crap, I was bored.
Come on Little, I expect better!
