Some one polish up that luckiest boy in america medal…
Two weeks ago i heard the david stern rumor that back in 93 when hockey got cool, he let bettman leave his NBA executive position to go run the NHL, knowing the guy was a screw up and would help the NBA by messing it up. I think Sports Guy is right, Stern is an evil genius.
(As an aside, i think buffalo is officially at an uneasy truce with Bettman. He screwed us out of the cup, but then saved the franchise from leaving buffalo in the adelphia scam. It’s like we’re marcellus wallace, bettman’s bruce willis, and the Rigas family was Zed & the gimp).
It’s an awesome company, you should work here. .net developers, web designers and sales people needed. Come work with me all day, hilarity will ensue
